Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At V&Me, we strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or wear.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

V&Me reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.


2. Return Shipping Charges

Returns Due to V&Me Error

V&Me will bear the return shipping cost if the return is due to:

  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Incorrect size sent by V&Me
  • Manufacturing defect

In such cases, no return shipping charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.


Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns requested due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Product no longer required
  • Customer ordered the wrong item
  • Customer selected the wrong size despite size information being available
  • Personal dislike of the product after delivery

V&Me may deduct applicable return shipping and handling charges from the refund amount, where permitted by applicable law.

The exact deduction, if any, will be communicated during the return approval process.


3. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Exchanges may be requested for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect products received

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose either:

  • Store Credit, or
  • Refund as per this policy

4. Refund Policy

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our quality team, the refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Typical processing time:

5–10 business days

depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be processed through:

  • UPI Transfer
  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit

Customers may be required to provide valid banking or UPI details for refund processing.


5. Store Credit

Customers may choose to receive the approved refund as V&Me Store Credit.

Store Credit:

  • Can be used for future purchases on vnme.in
  • Is non-transferable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Packaging photographs
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, V&Me will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Clearance products
  • Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or wear
  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or similar items (if introduced)

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. Customers may instead initiate a return request after delivery, subject to this policy.

Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


9. Return Inspection & Approval

All returned products undergo quality inspection upon receipt.

V&Me reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject return requests
  • Determine eligibility for refunds or exchanges
  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy

If a return is rejected, the product may be shipped back to the customer.


10. Fraud Prevention

To maintain a fair shopping experience, V&Me reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent return claims
  • Restrict excessive or abusive return activity
  • Cancel orders associated with policy misuse
