At V&Me, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must not show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Charges
Returns Due to V&Me Error
V&Me will bear the return shipping cost if the return is due to:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item shipped by V&Me
In such cases, customers will not be charged any return shipping fees.
Customer Preference Returns
If the return is requested due to:
- Change of mind
- Product no longer required
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Personal dislike of the product
Return shipping and handling charges may be applicable and may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted under applicable law.
The applicable deduction, if any, will be communicated during the return approval process.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Exchanges may be requested for:
- Size change
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Wrong item received
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose:
- Store Credit, or
- Refund as per this policy
V&Me reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after product inspection.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Estimated processing time:
5–10 business days
depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders will be processed through:
- UPI Transfer
- Bank Transfer
- Store Credit
Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details for processing.
5. Store Credit
Customers may choose to receive their approved refund as V&Me Store Credit.
Store Credit:
- Can be used for future purchases on vnme.in
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, V&Me may offer:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
- Store Credit
depending on the circumstances.
7. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Sale items
- Clearance products
- Innerwear and hygiene-sensitive products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Products returned without original tags or packaging
- Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or wear
- Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or similar products (if introduced)
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may instead initiate a return request after delivery, subject to this policy.
Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Return Inspection
All returned products undergo quality inspection.
V&Me reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return requests
- Determine eligibility for refunds or exchanges
- Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
If a return is rejected, the product may be shipped back to the customer.
10. Abuse of Policy
To ensure a fair shopping experience, V&Me reserves the right to:
- Refuse fraudulent return requests
- Restrict excessive return activity
- Cancel orders associated with misuse of promotional offers or policies
