We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we may expand our shipping services to additional countries in the future.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

V&Me offers:

on eligible orders and serviceable locations.

No Additional COD Charges

However, V&Me reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for specific locations, products, customers, or order values based on operational requirements and fraud prevention measures.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

V&Me shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


9. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery delays or failed delivery attempts may occur.

V&Me shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to V&Me.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.


11. Partial Shipments

In certain situations, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

Customers will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments initiated by V&Me.


12. Damaged Packages During Transit

If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged during delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs of the package immediately
  • Recording an unboxing video whenever possible
  • Contacting our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery

Such documentation helps us investigate and resolve shipping-related issues efficiently.


13. Delivery Confirmation

Once the order has been marked as delivered by the courier partner, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Any claims regarding missing items or delivery discrepancies should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
